There is a plethora of information and research on different aspects of skills development. Sometimes, it can be extremely difficult for those who are not members of the research community to source the relevant texts and extrapolate the key findings. CSD aims to bridge this gap through its briefing notes service. Freely available on the CSD website, briefing notes on a range of topics are already available, with more being added all the time. The briefing notes summarise the main issues and debate, and suggest further reading for those who require more than a quick update. We would be extremely interested in receiving your feedback on this service as well any thoughts on the topics themselves. A few questions to prompt debate are already available on the website, these are not intended to be comprehensive and we would welcome comments on any aspect of the briefings.
